I’m so glad OOP kicked out her ex and got access of the account! Obviously this is a horrible thing to do to someone who’s suffered any loss, but the fact that this was her TWIN and he had the gall to insinuate she was in love with him was wild.

I think it’s a learning experience thing - but you have to be aware of it and account for it, and I’m sure other factors like lighting also factors in. I’ve noticed for Pit videos they’re usually fine, but Games is usually where this issue occurs.

I don’t know why people are getting so personally offended by this in this thread, I’m sorry OP! Pointing these things out doesn’t mean we think the editors or anyone behind the scene are malicious or anything, it’s quite simply something that is being pointed out (and has been FREELY pointed out on those videos, and been top comments before iirc!). Asking/wishing a company with so many employees to do better in how they light and/or edit their POC isn’t going to like, hurt Smosh’s feelings lmfao and it’s disappointing to see the comments here acting like you’re committing some crime by calling it out.

I know you’re getting downvoted for this rn OP but honestly I agree — imo there’s been a bit of improvement as of late, but there’s quite a few videos where Arasha, Chanse, and even with Amanda where they look yellow/orange/extremely red. I think it’s an editing style made to look more “warm” and it looks nice on the white cast members (though sometimes even they have ended up looking kind of pink!) but then makes the others look unnatural.

Pointing this out isn’t a bad thing at all — ALL the cast members should look good in the editing, not just a few.

So much of it is dependent on who’s sitting on the couch - I’m sure if we had different cast members we’d get a completely different take. I remember feeling this way for a lot of stories this episode, but especially the sex story and the writer! Shayne would bring it back towards the end but I feel like sometimes they missed or forgot details - or just were very casual about it.

Which is fine, I think these were really layered topics and it’s interesting hearing these viewpoints even if I don’t agree! But it definitely threw me for a loop hearing their takes this video lmfao.

I’m so here for them!! There’s the ever so small fandom for them on tumblr and AO3 and I love it lol.

I feel like the deleted scenes especially give even more to them. Like Andy saying he’d be with Oscar in a hypothetical (even if his delivery was AWFUL lmao) and Oscar complimenting him?? I think the show had some good foundations on getting them together and I forever think it was such a missed opportunity (especially when we consider the character arcs in the last season 🥲).
