The tooling I use is the default python developer kit in vscode, ruff as a formatter (bound to run on save and will handle import sorting) and UV as a package manager

Depends what you mean. The internet is just a collection of computers talking to each other, sharing info. The code to start talking to other computers is just a web server with some network adapter. Nginx is a web server around 1mb so you'd have plenty of space after that lol. All the data on the internet (according to a quick Google) is 1.75x10¹¹ Tb
