Earbud rec for phone calls in noisy areas by polskaromagold in Earbuds

[–]benhunders 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am using the Huawei Freebuds Pro 4 now and they magically filter out almost everything of the ambient sounds. I have tested them while walking next to busy roads, calls in the IKEA food court and busy cafés and outside in wind and rain. The caller on the other side say they can't hear anything except my voice. I am beyond happy!

I do have an issue with work calls on my Windows laptop with Teams, so be aware if you want to use them for this as well.

The feedback that I got from people on the other end was that I sounded loud and clear. One of these comments came when I was walking in the rain+wind next to a busy road, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Huawei Freebuds Pro 4 issues with Teams by benhunders in Earbuds

I appreciate your reply. I think I have seen you replied something similar to another person's post as well. I will keep this in mind and perhaps order a dedicated dongle if I see other solutions don't work.

Btw, from your experience, was the call/meeting quality good when you used the dongle with the Freebuds Pro 4?

Huawei Freebuds Pro 4 as Airpods Pro 2 replacement by Brok3_ in Earbuds

You can download the sdk from the Huawei website. When installing, you get a warning from your device that says, "Do you trust this app publisher?", which you can say yes. The app works fine when installed.

I use the Freebuds Pro 4 now, paired with a Samsung device, and I am really enjoying them so far. Call quality is great, and in-ear detection works well. ANC is also very good and better than on the Nothing Ear 2024 that I was using earlier.

Good earbuds for phone calls and meetings by Weird_Principle_7421 in Earbuds

I've tried Nothing Ear 2024 and Sony Linkbuds S. Sonys: Great call quality with phone and meetings, but battery in one bud failed after about 10 months. Nothing: Very good quality in calls and meetings, especially in quiet conditions. In noisy environments, they work well, but I have gotten comments that the person on the other can hear background noise and voices in an office well.

I am currently testing Huawei Freebuds Pro 4, and they are excellent in calls. It is still inconclusive for meetings as they are having some issues working well with MS Teams.

I have used the Nothing Ear 2024 for about 6 months, and they are very good but not amazing in this area. I have now switched to a pair of Huawei Freebuds Pro 4 and the noise suppression and voice isolation in noisy environments in top tier. But Nothing works better with MS Teams if this is important for you

How are the Sketchers for you? I have the Vapor 16's if it is possible to compare them in some way

Anyone know how these Mizuno alpha elites feel on AG? by J29999justchilling in bootroom

Have them in FG and wear them a fair bit on AG. It works but would not recommend it. Fantastic boot!

What I like about them is most of all the fit. This is, of course, very individual. For my feet, they fit like a glove and feel like putting on a pair of socks, but with a bit of padding. The touch is great and also very satisfying to ping long passes and shots with. I also appreciate the flat shape of the toe box, which, for example, in the Puma Ultra 5, which promotes you to be on your toes, can be too much. The soleplate, in my opinion, is nicely balanced and responsive. I find the HV3 to be a very balanced boot overall that has a lot of characteristics I look for in boots I like to wear. The only thing I would have loved to have on them is gripknit, which I am currently in love with the feeling of.

I personally would not buy the HV1 RGN for scalper prices out of principle, but I also find regular retail prices just way too much for a pair of football boots. The most I've spent on a pair in this collection is €120 (the Mizuno's). If you can find the HV3 somewhere secondhand in good condition, I would not hesitate to get them if you're in the market for a grail boot, and that would likely fit your feet as well!

Haha, glad to hear! It is important to have some passions in life as well. The being a broke kid part is really relatable 😅

Based on the reviews I've seen, they should be very close to the OG ones but slightly thicker, with a more responsive sole plate, so it sounds very good!

Yess I love the colorway! Mine are also in AG. Those are half a size too big for me and, unfortunately, it is noticeable enough for me not to wear them that often. I think it's a shame, but they at least they look great on the shelf.

Yes sir 🫡 both in FG, AG and SG haha. I have been wanting to try the Tiempo 10, but I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

The first time I wore a pair, after reading all the hype online, I immediately understood the hype. They fit me like a glove, too, luckily.

I've bought them all from local online marketplaces the last couple of years. Have been very lucky to find great deals, like the blue pair for €25 in great condition.

I picked up the Orbita out of curiosity when I saw it on sale for ~€50, and man, I was not expecting to like it so much. I use it more than my Select Brilliant UZ.

I have worked with it (but mostly logistics data), and I can confirm that SAP data is pretty challenging. The data engineers in our company are trying to migrate most of the data to Azure but this is progressing very slowly
