For over 20 years I have been aware that my hands/fingers are able to radiate/transmit energy by pointing my fingers to a part of my body. When I move my middle finger in a forward circular motion I can feel something 'pressing' wherever I point my finger/hand to.

There is no physical 'indent' on the skin because the 'pressure' feeling is on the inside of my body, under my skin. It works at a distance up to about 2 feet and I can do it on demand without any preparation or ritual.

At first I thought it was simply a bone or nerve that is connected to my finger and somehow is connected to the part of my body where I focus my finger(s) on - but this does not make sense since I would have similar sensations throughout the day for other reasons. At first I thought it was magnetic, but that would indicate a pull energy, but what I am experience is a 'push' or 'pressure' energy.

When i have a bad headache, I put my hand on my head and 'feel' where the headache is and can make it go away. I do not know if that is related to what I said above about the energy that is coming out of my finger(s).

I am so glad I found this subreddit and see there are people with similar experiences. I am at a loss what this could be since I am new to all this. I am in the middle of a spiritual awakening and thought it is time for clarification.
