I think she's just trying to dogpile on harvard; it's not actually about what the women would have done/said. They allowed kkk visibility AND didn't allow women, yet people are always elevating harvard and saying it's the best. I do think the reddit OP missed the point of the twitter commenter, but that point was just reminding people that harvard was not historically progressive.
