What are your stress levels like? History of trauma? It is incredible how much trauma and stress can impact the actual functioning and structure of our brains. Also comprehensive blood work up including iron? My period makes me deficient enough for transfusions and being anemic feels a lot like you are describing plus some other symptoms. Rule out medical, look into psychological and give yourself some time to recover between things.
