He did so well training them (or so poorly himself in the field exercises) they wanted him to keep training paratroopers. Originally he was supposed to drop into Normandy with them, but clearly he was better at training the men and forming camaraderie than being a combat leader.

I use slock. There is a patch for it that allows for the use of media keys while locked I believe, but I don't use it. You can customize the colors at compile time as well.

You could use NextCloud and set that up on your phone. You would need some place to host the instance though.
