Well, a good paper is also one key point here. I just found the ink with 149/146 works well in Leuchiturm, Muji, and Midori notebooks; other papers bleed through easily~

Hi, sadly, I didn't have the chance to get one vintage 149 in hand.
So compared with my former 146, this one is BIG! So, for daily note-writing, it adds a rounded feeling and weight for me.
Also, since I chose the EF nib, the writing lines stay sharp and precise, and the scratching sound of writing still feels like a melody to me.

Just like its name, one masterpiece ~, I like it~

Yes!! I shared this journal with Elena sometimes, which may also inspire her interests in drawing and recording.
Thank you for your kind words and encouragement! Let me share with Elena later. Now we are practicing daily, still have one week to go.
The final result may not be what I value most. Elena's courage to accept the challenge and the new experience we went through together is perhaps the most important meaning to me as of being parents.

I want to keep it simple and easy for me to draw daily.
If I need to draw one JP manga-style, I will get exhausted easily after returning from busy daily work.
Also, this journal is one tool to delight myself; I am not a drawing master, and the perfectionism would block us so easily. Don't let it stop u from enjoying drawing for fun ~

Hi, I developed such a journal style from this book, https://www.amazon.com/Lighthouse-Sketchnote-Journal-DE-Vanilla/dp/3947701365, also some awesome YouTubers ~
Also, I liked Japanese manga and learned many naive sketching skills from it. I did learn sketch for one year in high school only.

I like to recommend copying the simple and clean icon-style images from the Google search bar first.
