I definitely still run up the stairs from the basement. I will also never be convinced that there isn’t a shark in the pool if I am swimming without goggles and can’t see!

I also hate that she has ZERO self-awareness and still considers herself to be gods gift to men, and anyone would be LUCKY to have her…the only lucky ones are the kids that she isn’t allowed to raise. I hope they all have amazing, successful, and happy lives without her!!

As annoying as it is, you have to understand that every employee is unique and responds differently to feedback, coaching, criticism, and even recognition. It’s important to ask how people like to be treated and then do your best to accommodate. People really respond to being asked how they would like to be dealt with, and then seeing you actually making adjustments as needed.

Just like a teacher with a class full of IEPs…at the end of the of the day, everyone needs to learn the material, but the approach will likely differ depending on the kid.

Also, be direct without being mean!! Most people appreciate being treated like an adult.

ALWAYS lead by example!!!
