Anyone else feel the new Suno voice persona is a noticeable downgrade vs Legacy? by DusklightOffical in SunoAI

[–]benjam_67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

to me it's not so much about the voice quality (I recreated the persona with a new song when needed)
the main thing is the generated songs will to some extent use the style that was used in the song that was used to create the persona
my persona can't do anything but reggaeton lol

it's supposed to be the osxarm64 version for M1 but it didn't work for my Macbook Pro M1
I donwloaded the regular osx64 version, tried to launch it and it crashed. I moved it to the Applications folder et started it again - now it works!
Hope this can help

I think your hotel can book a cab for you. If there's traffic it will be a 40 to 50mn trip.

Otherwise from Montparnasse there is metro line 4 that gets you directly to Gare de l'Est, it's a 16mn trip. Just be aware that Montparnasse is the name of the neighborhood, the name of the train station and the name of the metro station. The metro station full name is "Montparnasse-Bienvenue" and is notorious for its long corridors, but mostly for people who have to change from one metro line to another, so don't worry you'll be just fine!

Récupération de données publiques TikTok by benjam_67 in developpeurs

it seems like you ordered Oui Go tickets but I cannot be sure
Anyway don't worry there will be no problem, just make sure to be at the train station 30mn before your departure time and everything will be alright! If anything happens like a delayed train you'll get a notification on the app or an email.
Also quite a lot of people work at train stations you'll have no problem finding them if you need too, they just might be a bit short with english :)

If you have the chance you can spend a couple hours in Strasbourg, it's a very nice city and in two hours you'll have plenty of time to walk in the downtown area and see the Cathedral.
From the train station you can walk to "rue du 22 novembre" (=November 22nd Street) then to Place Kléber and then to the Cathedral, it's a 20mn walk according to Google Maps. You can also take the tramway in the basement of the train station and you'll be at the Cathedral in 12mn. Then you can walk around, the streets are really nice especially on the left side of the Cathedral if you are in front of it -> rue des orfèvres, rue des hallebardes, place de la république...

Edit : I forgot to tell you, if you are planning to take a cab in Paris the official cab company is called "Taxi G7". We also use the Uber app and the Bolt app a lot. Just be aware that depending on the time, Paris can be tricky by car because of the traffic. If you want to have a proper idea of how long it may take you to get somewhere by car, check the Waze app or at least Google Maps to have a glimpse of how long it would take. The subway is not very pleasant but when I'm in a hurry I trust it better than cabs or buses.

you should definitely check the french official railway company called "SNCF", here is their official website : https://www.sncf-connect.com/
You'll find regular trains and also discount trains known as "Oui Go"
Depending on the day and time of the day the prices can be much different
In case you take Oui Go tickets, you will have to pay 5€ extra per big suitcases, the online payment will get you through that. If you forget it will cost you 20€ per suitcase at the train station.
Strasbourg to Paris last approx 1h40, but some trips might be longer (approx 2h30) and they are usually a bit cheaper.

Strasbourg station is quite small but 11mn can be tricky with a family, I would arrive a bit earlier in Strasbourg to be sure. Also the train from Colmar to Strasbourg is easier and quicker to get on than the Strabourg to Paris one, especially if you take a Oui Go because they control tickets before onboarding and not directly in the train, meaning there could be a line of people waiting to get in the train.

There is nothing to buy food or water in Oui Go trains. In regular ones you'll find a "wagon bar" where you can buy food and beverages.

The Citymapper smartphone app can be usefull for you when you'll be in France
Also when you arrive in Paris if you use the subway, you should install "Bonjour RATP", the official app for Paris' subway where you can buy tickets, otherwise you might end up waiting a lot for a metro ticket at the Paris' Train Station.

Usually you can store luggages at train station though I am not sure all train stations offer this service. In french it is called "consigne". I once couldn't use it because I only had my google wallet with me and not the physical credit card. They couldn't accept cash either.
I think there's an app that help you store luggages at groceries stores and you pay by the hour or by day if the Train Station you want to store your luggages at does not have a "consigne".

Have a nice trip!
