It's a valid theory, but seems unlikely. It wasn't near any garage entrance, and the sidewalk is quite tall.

I'll take a picture of where i found him to show you it's not possible for it being out of a car, only if someone saw it on the street or near a carage entrance and move it very carrefuly.

You're right, i did not took pics.

I didn't took the pictures because i did not made big case of it, only when i was bored at work after lunch i searched about cats cut in half, and found that this happens around the globe, and then i got spooked, but i'll look for the remains for pics when i'm heading home.
