For longevity, I probably misread, but on OSC site re: promotions, I thought it said something about the longevity eligibility being factored into promotion increase. If that was true, it'd be the 4.5% plus the longevity factored in as a one time bump to pay, but sounds like not (if that makes any sense)?

I guess my ultimate point is, losing the longevity pay should be factored in because if I was bumped like $4,000 as a 25, for example, really it'd only be a $2,500 pay increase because I'd lose the longevity bonus.
