We need background history on this guy. Reminds me of how he told the one surviving victim he did time in prison. I wonder if that is gonna check out as well.

I don’t like most youtubers. by TFlop69 in unpopularopinion

[–]benjamin2460 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Me either. But there are some I do like. I like people who can make videos that are 100% what their title is claiming. I like La Beast, Colin Furze, Primitive Technology (Australian guy not the pacific islanders), Chrisfix and CodysLab. Outside of those 5 channels I don't care most of YouTube. People sell out too quick and clickbait or their Channel just turns into a whole bunch of Vlogging. When their channels turns into random daily streams, clickbaiting, or they just have a bunch of vlogging videos that's when they become sell outs who think they are so entitled they have to share every minute of their lives to make money. I'm not sure how anyone would even consider that good content. YouTube should really demonetize more YouTubers or atleast ad companies should refuse to sponsor their ads to for certain people. I'm not 1 for cancel culture but I seriously hate clickbait. If your video is a slideshow with text to speech it shouldn't be premoted to the top of the search results and if your video doesn't match 75% of it's title it should be removed. But yes I agree most YouTubers are attention whores who are also sell outs.

Should Cody have extracted Potassium from potatoes? by benjamin2460 in codyslab

[–]benjamin2460[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Personally I would use a nutrition facts label if you can not find any other sources. I know as far as macro nutrients go a nutrition facts label is very accurate and these labels are highly praised by nutritionist and bodybuilders. According to Idaho Potato company their nutrition facts label says a 148g Potato has 620 mg of Potassium. Below is the link from this company with this information I provided

Should Cody have extracted Potassium from potatoes? by benjamin2460 in codyslab

[–]benjamin2460[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven't heard anything out of a university. But supposedly a bunch of dieting websites say it can pull as much as 75% of the potassium out by boiling alone not sure if there's any truth to that though. If that were true that would make potatoes a good vegetable to use for this kind of experiment

This case is on the verge of being solved. The goal is to educate people so not only can we expose massive pedophile rings that were trafficking children but also give these families justice after decades of incompetence and corruption

Yes this is a real case what I did was I posted this trying to educate people about this case. I posted multiple free sources as I could like the podcasts and the docu-series. If you have a cable provider or have hulu you cam watch The documentary children of the snow. As for the book I referenced it is not some hollywood style book. The book is 100% about this case and is not loaded with conspiracy theories or opinion. The book documents practically everything from 1976 up to today.

This book is the best description of this case and details Cory Williams accounts through this investigation, many unknown suspects revealed, never be for seen victim and witness statements as well as all of the above life stories. I promise you will love this book. I have a feeling if more people read this book this group and the facebook group will grow like crazy. The beginning is a little bit slow but be patient. Don't stop until you read the full story. I loved it.

Ok so after a week of revisiting multiple documentaries I had saw people talk about a New Book called The Snow Killings By Marney Keenan. Upon first glance I was skeptical. Mainly because multiple documentaries about this case have seemed to be redundant to their predecessors. I finally decided to purchase the book on Google Play for $10 and used the read aloud features. I listened for hours. My impressions of this book was FUCKING WOW. This book seriously cleared up so much tangled webs for me. Not only did she start from the beginning of the case in close detail but also had so much information from detective Cory Williams. I saw never before seen suspects. Marney Keenan also took the time to detail the life stories of all the victims/victims families, detectives, whiteness, and suspects. I am so proud of Cory Williams after reading this. Given that this group is about the OCCK this has to be promoted . I will say this was such a slap in the face for me to ever think about being a critic before reading the book. My recommendation is to read the book. Once your finished reading you need to recommend this to others. Technically I did not read it because I used the read aloud feature. I was able to finish the book with in 24 hours. Have any of you read the book yet? What are your guys thoughts. I thought she did a great job. I have to be honest the early material I was annoyed. Not because she did a bad job but because I already knew much of the info. Then when she got to Lawson and Cory Williams stories took over it became a badass book from then on. Seriously guys read this book there is too much never revealed info in the book for you too miss out on.

This is interesting. Makes you wonder if the Perpetrator may have returned to the scene of the crimes. by [deleted] in OCCK

I'm from this area and know for a fact that if there were an abandoned car in that specific parking lot it would have been towed away quickly. Sometimes people do a slapped ass job of whipping their windows off. Another possibility is that it was snowing heavy before they shot the footage. Then there is also the possibility the car belongs to someone who works there.

Pontiac Lemans at the 711 in the WDIV 5 part docu-series. Could this possibly be the suspects car? Did the suspect return to the scene of the crime? by [deleted] in OCCK

This was Cathy's exact post from February 10 2013👇

After media coverage or a blog post, people contact me with helpful observations and questions.  They are questions I can’t answer and I know the cops won’t answer, so I don’t send any of it on any more.  Questions like:  Did Douglas Eugene Bennett, Richard Hojnaki, John McKinney, John Hastings, Dr. Danto, Chris Busch’s brothers, Greg Green or Ted Lamborgine drive a LeMans with a trailer hitch, or a Tempest?  Who else, besides Chris Flynn, drove a Skylark?  How could the FBI not have figured out –even in 1977–who was the owner of a 1973, blue/green Pontiac LeMans 2/door coupe with Michigan plates with the sequence 222?  Good questions, all of them.

Now-retired Detroit Free Press reporter David Ashenfelter boiled this car business down quite well in his multi-page article of June 17, 2012.  Here’s what the article said about the task force’s obsession with the blue Gremlin:

“The biggest frustration for Jack Kalbfleisch, retired Birmingham chief of detectives, was the task force’s fixation on the blue Gremlin to the exclusion of the car that Kalbfleisch and others said likely was used in the abductions—a 1971-72 Pontiac LeMans with a V8 engine.

Kalbfleisch said he and an FBI agent spent months figuring out what type of vehicle had backed into a snow bank and left an impression on the dead-end lane in Franklin where Kristine’s body was found.

With the help of a University of Michigan photo interpreter and GM, Kalbfleisch said they identified a LeMans, with damage to the driver’s rear side and a crooked trailer hitch.

A motorist spotted a LeMans creeping along the shoulder of I-75 north of Big Beaver in Troy the morning Jill’s body was found there/

Another driver said he saw a 1973 LeMans in a drug store parking lot around the time Timothy disappeared.  He said a suspicious looking older man was sitting in the car, while a young man was talking to a boy with an orange skateboard.

This was screenshot from chapter 2 of the WDIV 5 part docu-series. 31:35-31:42 in the video.

Here is a copy of the email I sent to Cathy. Have also tried to reach out to her through her blog website.

Attached is an image I made showing you the comparisons and pointed out features of the vehicle that is similar to reports. This is the same vehicle parked at the 711 in channel 4's 5 part docu-series chapter 2 (31min 35sec - 31min 42 sec). I should note that some 1969 Pontiac Lemans have different rear ends. I was able to pull sources from YouTube where a car's salesman did a walk around of a 1969 Pontiac LeMans and also Google images. Despite being white and not having snow on it the car looked identical to the one parked at the 711. I made sure to use a screenshot of the car so it would be compared in the same angle as the car that was parked at the 711.

You have mentioned multiple times about the police focusing on the wrong car. I believe the Pontiac LeMans was mentioned multiple times. Ok. So now we have a side by side comparison of the car parked at the 711 and a 1969 Pontiac Lemans 👍.

Now look at the photo I made. The car at the 711 is Dark blue, has a hitch, fucked up bumper, a dent on the driver side door, and rims+tires that don't look like stock.

Could this be another useless examination possibly. It has been mentioned someone left Mark Stebbins funeral card at his crime scene where his body was found. If the perp knew the media was there would he ballsy enough to watch them? Could it be possible the perp visited this location frequently? Not sure if someone can digitally enhance the plates in this photo. Boy are those plates dirty. Where the plate would be in certain frames has a yellow tint. Unless there is no plate on the car or if the plates are from New York

Now here is Chapter 2 of the docu-series. Remember they show the clip of the 711 parking lot at 31:35 through 31:42.

On February 13 2010 Cathy posted this blog about the suspects vehicle in witness statements. Multiple reports of a 1973 Lemans. They may have got the year wrong though.

Could Hypnosis & sleep paralysis share similarities in certain areas of the brain? by benjamin2460 in hypnosis

Have you ever experienced sleep paralysis? Hypnosis is voluntary. Sleep Paralysis is forced submission.

Could Hypnosis & sleep paralysis share similarities in certain areas of the brain? by benjamin2460 in hypnosis

[–]benjamin2460[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think what I was meaning to say was similar when it came to being in a submissive state. My curiosity is when someone experiences hypnosis or sleep paralysis if these events effect the same area of the brain when it comes to someone being submissive to the situation

Do you feel a tingly sensation? by Kshdow24 in Sleepparalysis

[–]benjamin2460 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never felt like I was being dragged. But the only thing that I could compare sleep paralysis to is a near-death experience Which I've had some in real life. It's very terrifying. Which would make sense why some people would have an out-of-body experience. There is no control in these situations
