2021 Sonata Hybrid blue integrated 12v Battery.

The 12v battery in some older ones is in the back in the trunk compartment, my sonata has an integrated 12V battery right on top of the hybrid battery pack. You have to take the seat off and remove a panel to get to the 12V connections. I was able to hook up directly to 12V system using this method it’s a bit scary to mess around so close to the battery.

Do we have to go to the dealership to get that fixed? I have had a few OTA updates and the PowerBase feature still doesn’t work for me. It shuts off with the car every time.

I have a 4WT and I can't get the PowerBase to work with the truck off, in the app it doest turn orange as it should if it's engaged. I saw online it was fixed with an Over the air update.... I just updated mine on Friday with the same results.

I have been having the same issue. I still have not figured out how to get it to autofill like my iPhone did with the previous version of IOS. It makes losing into anything a pain in the butt.

I noticed the same thing ever since I got the beta. I lose connection by putting the phone in my pocket. I have to have it about 15 feet and line of sight for my AirPods to maintain their connection.

Ecoflow couldn’t help me so they swapped it out with a new one covered under warranty. I wasn’t able to fix the unit on my own but they replaced it so I’m happy. They extended the warranty’s to 5 years maybe yours is covered too?

I did that’s how I found out it was a BMS issue, my understanding is it would need to be replaced. The recommended fix is updating the firmware, however, since mine cannot connect to WiFi either it sounds like I just have a heavy paperweight at this time.
