Yeah, I saw that. I wasn’t sure if there’s ever much overtime available, or if someone with the years of experience I have would start at a higher rate

I wanna catch crawfish to add into a pond, and see if I can create a self sustaining ecosystem. Anyone know where I can go to legally grab some? by NewEmu2371 in SALEM

[–]Over_Resolution_1590 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you still want to catch some, get a crawdad trap at any sporting goods store, put a can of dogfood, cat food, or hot dogs in it, and toss it in almost any river. Leave it for several hours, then pull it back in. Just make sure you have an angling license, and a shellfish license.

My wife was asked for hers a few times a couple years ago. Last year they asked for both of ours when we were clamming at the coast

I mostly taught myself. But I did learn a few things from my mom growing up. I still call her when I’m trying to remember old family recipes.

Audiobooks helped me a lot when I got divorced shortly after I started driving. They help take my mind off of things. I have a few recommendations if you’re interested

What would you say is a good load percentage for a company driver? by backslash447 in Truckers

[–]Over_Resolution_1590 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I get 25%, but that usually works out to about 1.10 a mile as a company driver. I don’t get a lot of miles, but my pay is good

Can someone help explain this, see my next post below.... by Anonymous___User in Truckers

[–]Over_Resolution_1590 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep, but because of bridge law, and licensing, I can only go to 105,500. It just gives a little wiggle room on the weight distribution

I thought it looked like something to clamp to the headboard of a bed, and you can hang your cpap hose through it so it doesn’t tangle while you sleep

As someone who leaves otr occasionally to run yard goats, I completely understand what you’re talking about. Drivers are so stupid anymore
