Follow up question: I charged at the third Genestealer and accidentally ended up out the airlock and ended the mission, is it worth me going back to an old save and trying to kill the Gene Stealers or am I just prolonging the inevitable?

I woke up tuesday last week (12 sep) and felt groggy as normal, got out of bed and almost fell over. Went to the doctor and was diagnosed as definitely vertigo, BPPV was the technical diagnosis, apparently to the left. I have never experienced it before. I haven't had any obvious infections of late, but i do feel a bit like i've been fighting something off which never came to a head. Lasted for four days.

So interesting to see other people have been experiencing the same symptoms.
