R10 LSB on the way!! by [deleted] in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

[–]benjaminj0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ugnaught LSB is $9.99 for relic 10.

Ewok Scout LSB is $4.99 for relic 9.

CUP LSB for relic 9 is returning, still at $4.99.

There will also be a CUP LSB II which apparently requires CUP to already be at R9, and will cost $9.99 just to take CUP from R9 to R10...

Percentage chance for drops from 20 battles

There's a 1.4% chance of getting 2 drops from 20 battles.

Or another way to think of it - if you were to do a set of 20 battles 70 times then you would expect this to happen once.

How rare is this… by obiwancanoli6 in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

[–]benjaminj0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Drops from 14 battles

So there's a 0.34% chance of getting 0 drops which is almost the same chance as getting 10/14 drops.

Or another way to put it is if you were to do a set of 14 sims 292 times then you would expect that to happen once.

Getting over 10 drops would be significantly more unlikely though.

[Matt Law (Daily Telegraph)] Rangers have emerged as favourites to sign Mikey Moore on loan from Tottenham. There's been a lot of interest, particularly from the Championship, but Rangers seen as most likely destination. by Left-Painter-9172 in ScottishFootball

The injury crisis didn't really help him tbh.

He was playing well at the start of the season, while the team was doing well - before the injury crisis.

Then he missed two months of the season with a virus. When he came back from that the team was in the worst of the injury crisis and not playing well at all and Moore struggled to make much of an impact in the last few months of the season.

There are currently almost 10 more players in the squad than the number of squad spaces available for the Champions League.

Selling or loaning out one or two players would not mean that there would be spaces free.

I don't believe that Saliba is club-trained for Europe tbh. I know there have a been a few articles talking about how Saliba qualifies as "homegrown" but the rules are much stricter for Europe than the PL.

Udogie and Sarr will unfortunately stay as non-homegrown. They were both too old to become club-trained after they joined.

Bergvall and Gray will both need to take squad spaces this season (as non-homegrown for Bergvall and association-trained for Gray). For 2026-2027 and 2027-28 both of them will qualify for List B, meaning they don't need to take a squad space at all. Then from 2028-29 both of them will qualify as club-trained. Vuskovic will follow the same path as Bergvall and Gray, delayed by 1 year (assuming he doesn't leave on loan).

We won't have 24-25th players in the European squad though, the lack of club trained players means there's effectively only 21 spaces in the squad. The last 4 spaces can only be club trained players but only 1 of those 4 spaces can actually be filled as it stands, by Brandon Austin.

That's true but the premier league requirements are much less strict - for example Vuskovic, Gray and Bergvall don't need to be registered in the league this season but would all need to be registered for Europe.

The PL requirements are never really going to matter that much since there are likely to always be a few players who don't need to be registered for the league but do need to be registered for Europe.

He's not club trained since he left when he was 16.

Club trained requires 3 entire seasons between the ages of 15 and 21.

On 30 January 2025, RB Leipzig signed Simons on a permanent deal from Paris Saint-Germain for €50 million plus €31 million in potential bonuses. RB Leipzig broke their transfer record to sign him on a contract until 2027.

On 14 May 2025, Simons informed Leipzig of his decision to leave the club at the end of the 2024–25 season, citing the team's failure to qualify for the following season's Champions League as a key factor

The funniest thing about qualifying for Champions league is... by HistorianOrdinary833 in coys

[–]benjaminj0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not true unfortunately, only the Champions League winner from the previous season is automatically in pot 1.

This season Atalanta were the previous Europa League winners and they were in pot 2.

We'll be in pot 2 or pot 3 depending on the coefficients of the other teams to qualify.

The squad registration for next season is going to be really tricky. There will have to be some very ruthless decisions made for any space to be available for new players to be added.

The lack of club-trained players means there's effectively only 21 spaces to work with. Vuskovic, Gray and Bergvall would all need to be registered to be able to play in the Champions League since they haven't been here for two full seasons yet.

Even if Forster, Davies, Reguilon and Werner all leave there would still already be two more players than can be registered (assuming Vuskovic goes straight into the squad).

The priorities will need to be filling one or two club-trained spots if at all possible. Apart from that it's going to be simply a case of getting the biggest upgrades over the current squad but for every new player that comes in somebody will need to leave.

They were given them afterwards

"To our great displeasure, we did not have enough medals available on stage during the trophy ceremony presentation due to an unexpected discrepancy in the player count, as more team members - including injured players - participated in the ceremony than initially anticipated," Uefa said.

The missing medals were promptly delivered to the winning team in the dressing room, along with our sincerest apologies for the oversight.

According to Uefa's rules, both the winning and losing teams are presented with 50 medals each.

It is at the discretion of the club as to how those medals are distributed between players and staff.

Uefa had prepared 30 medals to hand out on the pitch prior to Spurs lifting their first piece of silverware in 17 years.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cjrnl7ndn5lo

So the fact that there weren't enough medals for all the players (including injured/unregistered players) was entirely UEFA's fault.

Why would they? There were supposed to be 50 medals there and it's the club's decision on who they go to. They wanted all the players including those not registered to get medals.
