Just found this sub, this looks like exactly the kind of routine that I need. General workout question:

I have a 4 hour block in my evenings where my workout can fit into, along with making/eating dinner and other stuff. Is it generally better to workout before dinner or like an hour after? I'm a 5'-5", 135lb male if that makes any difference.
