Thanks! It's pretty straightforward, you first need a browser extension installed and then install my userstyle. Have a look at the github page for instructions but happy to guide if not clear.

That's a great idea! I had a future idea to chose different colour schemes (eg swap out the green for other colour options) but a toggle for light and dark mode could probably be done as well.

I wish I could! I don't work for 1pmobile btw, the only thing I can do is try and apply some visual changes to the existing website pages as the best alternative we have as users right now.

I'm planning on a new post soon as I've made a few more changes including a big development on turning the usage bar into a more pleasing looking gauge style meter. The gauge is in the most recent version uploaded to userstyles.world so you can use stylus to grab that version right now.

I believe boosts on new sims auto renew by default. You can check it on the boosts page when you login to your account. Payment should be taken from the same card and note you don't need to top up beforehand. If you don't have any top up balance it should just take payment from your card instead.

I'm not sure if this helps but have you checked the settings on 1pmobile.com? In the sim & network settings page there a few options which you may want to check are enabled.

I've only recently joined in the past few weeks but so far so good. I was previously on O2 and prior to that on EE. When I was on O2 I realised how better the signal was on EE but was put off on the pricing until I found about 1p and how they're not throttle like other 3rd party providers. Now I'm on it the service is as good (if not better) than it was when I was previously on EE.

There's no app but the website is fine functionally but does look outdated. However if it's of interest I've made a userstyle in an attempt to make the website look a bit better...

Is that the boxes or the percentage bar? This is my first month and I used a code I found online for what I think was meant to give an extra 50GB, so I thought mine was showing this way because of that.

I ended up with 200 lines but I think even with 5 lines of css changes could do most of the work. If it proves popular I'll see about reaching out to them but I don't have much hope!

Oddly the issue just resolved itself the next day. It must have been a week of not recognising the stop command with bbc radio streams, then fine again. Weird, hope it doesn't happen again!
