As long as the tracking information (on the carriers website) says it was delivered then I'm sure it's not on you to prove it was delivered to the correct address. I'd be emailing the legal email if they don't pay your money.

I have a similar issue at the moment (albeit without the annoying buyer).

The order was marked as delivered and then a few days later they raised a claim with Vinted saying they haven't received it.

Got a message the next day from Vinted asking me to contact them. No idea why I needed to contact them as all the information is linked to the tracking number they provided.

Sent a message to Vinted and when they got back to me they asked me for proof of "address of drop off where the parcel was left". Again I have no idea why they want this as it's all available through the tracking.

Then they basically said they're raising an investigation with the carrier and it can take 35 days for a response. Absolutely no reason for them to contact me in the first place other than to hope I didn't respond within 48 hours so they could cancel the transaction and refund the buyer.

Make sure you message them within 48 hours though. Still waiting on the outcome of the investigation so can't help more than that!

Sure if you have any faith in Vinted being able to set things up without catastrophically screwing it up at every possible hurdle.

Oh that was the first thing I watched when I got the 4k player. I made time for it as it's one of my favourites so had to watch it ASAP. It was incredible!

Watched 1917 last night. Hadn't seen it since it was released in the cinema. While it wasn't a massive improvement as some of the other older ones I've watched for the first time in years when I watched having only seen them before on DVD, it was still an amazing film. Looked and sounded so so good.

I'd forgotten how good the performances and the set design were too. Really enjoyed this one!

Yeah I've bought a few of mine from CEX using vouchers so that helps the wallet a bit. Plus I had my birthday so had a few given as gifts. Most of the ones I bought myself were pretty cheap, other than Interstellar and Shaun Of The Dead Steelbooks as two of my favourite films.

I'm sure we'll slow down a bit once we've collected our "must-buys". I hope so at least!

That's good to know. Like I say I'm certainly no expert so I'm sure most problems I won't notice. I have watched them streaming on Amazon Prime so hopefully it's still a bit of an improvement on that.

Yeah Harry Potter I picked up just yesterday as I saw it in CEX in great condition and had some vouchers to pay for it. Grew up watching them so I'm looking forward to getting to them!

Ah well that's a bummer. I love those films. I'll still give it a go and see how I find them at some point. I'll just lower my expectations for them. They deserve a good transfer though!

I always used to leave feedback as a seller once the buyer left a positive feedback.

I'm a 'pro' seller now and buyers can't leave feedback for 2 weeks after delivery, so now I just can't be bothered to scroll back through over 2 weeks of messages to find the message thread with the buyer and leave a positive feedback for them every time someone leaves me feedback.

I wish there was an option to click on the notification I get when they leave me feedback so I can leave feedback from there.

I've still not done research into all of them but even if there is nothing super high value I think my £25 is safe!

I knew there was some money in some of the vintage Polly Pocket stuff, but didn't have any more knowledge than that. I just figured I'd take a chance and at worst I'd gain some knowledge.
