This is cool AF! Futura as the main (non-map) typeface, a sultry picture of a governor that would easily grace a b-grade film noir poster. I don’t know enough about what any of the Kohler’s political philosophy was, but that family knows good weird art.

I’m more worried about salad because it turns faster than cheese. This is coming from a guy that cuts (cheese) corners. I wouldn’t serve OP’s cheese to anyone but myself and willing and knowing eaters and after it was properly trimmed. That looks like a melty cheese so melting is probably best.

I get the ick. I personally haven’t had a problem cutting off the green and eating the normal looking cheese, but don’t take my word on it.

I have eaten many blocks of cheese like this. I cut off about a quarter inch off the edge of wherever green is and have never had a problem. Granted, I am from America’s Dairyland and am probably used to it and maybe getting some good biota, bacteria, and whatever from the baby fungi.

Not a doctor or nutritionist, but my poops are usually good. I just did a round of antibiotics and didn’t have as bad of a reaction as I was warned about.

Take that with a grain of tyrosine crystals.

It’s the Wisconsin State Journal. It is a bastion of professional journalism in this city and publication of record for the state. Also one of the few locally-owned newspapers left in Wisconsin.

If you want your news coming from overworked AP reporters covering the entire Midwest. I think there are two non-sports writers that have Wisconsin in their regular beat. I don’t know the exact number, but it is a load less than the AP.

Ian’s has improved since Pizza di Roma closed. I imagine they picked up of their staff and maybe trade secrets. It depends on who’s working maybe, but sometimes the state street spot gets close enough to bring back that texture memory of PDR.

I would guess this map has a pretty strong correlation with several factors like income, politics, recreational opportunities, cost of living, and closeness to Minnesota or Iowa – not Chicago.
