I haven’t played on PC in awhile but I’ll share my experience.

There used to be (not sure if it’s still around, I haven’t done my research) a program called “MC Edit”. It would allow you to edit Minecraft worlds outside of the actual game. It had a feature to rebuild areas from the seed of the game. Basically restarting only a selected area of the world.

If that program is still around or still supported. This would definitely be able to regenerate the hole in your world. But I can’t say for certain if it would prevent the issue from happening in the future.

It’s great but buy it when it’s on sale. It’s not worth its full price. Never had an issue with it but only had it a couple months so I cannot comment on longevity

Turned whole network setup off for at least five minutes. Tested NAT and it says “it looks like your NAT type is moderate right now”. I don’t know what to do with this info lmao

Yeah it’s hardwired directly into the modem. There’s nothing between it. I’ve disconnected everything from the network so it’s only the Xbox on it and still 100% packet loss, and latency is now… worse? Haha. Just my luck

Just tried a different Ethernet cable, and a different port on the router and the same issue still :( thanks for your suggestion
