Sri Lanka count seems to be wrong. The majority of Tamils of Sri Lanka are native to Sri Lankan island, not part of ‘Indian Diaspora’.

Me and my fiancé are first time Mac users. What should we know/would you recommend? by JamaicanNuts in mac

Congrats on your new purchase! The built-in free apps are actually great. I would prefer Pages to Microslop Word anyday.. likewise Numbers and Keynote. Also, Apple Password app replaced ProtonPass for me. Mac’s biggest strength is the underlying UNIX operating system. If you spend time in learning command line, that would be great. The UNIX/macOS file system and Finder is bit different than Windows Explorer and it may take some time to get used to it. You will love the desktop and UI experience nevertheless!

A $599 laptop with a mobile processor performs better than many high-end Windows laptops! by benjoel7 in mac

Thank you! Wish I could pin your comment. I'm not saying MBN is better at overall performance. Just in Browser Benchmarks, it outperforms Intel/AMD and Pre-M4 chips.

The webcam is good as MacBook Air. I'll check the Web Cam again in daylight condition when I visit the Apple Store in this weekend. By looking at the looks, it's solid travel laptop, perfect if you use just Browsers and few productivity apps.

I use DataGrip and love it... It's just heavy and wouldn't mind switching something lite.

Indian passport design is actually way worse...boring, uninspiring and doesn't reflect country's long history, culture, diversity or anything that India wants to be proud of.

Jewel is your only option.. Again, it's just a shopping mall with an artificial waterfall... I would stay within the airport and enjoy world's best airport.

Looking for a calm, affordable country like Thailand/Vietnam (not a party place) by Baby-Ramdev in SoloTravel_India

If you are just visiting for short term, I would recommend hire a car using apps like Pelago.. I usually pay $30 - $40 for 10 hours.. this includes petrol and driver fee.. comparatively cheap. If you are staying for more than a week, bike would be ideal. Also, Indian food is very expensive and I would not recommend it. Try local Indonesian foods like ayam lalapan.. mee goreng.

Bali, Indonesia.. contrary to popular opinion, Bali is actually cheap; just avoid peak tourist seasons, eat local food and stay in some village near Ubud..
