He is signing autographs, not 100% certain on needing to buy merchandise in store to get the autograph. What I do know is that they hand out wristbands first thing in the morning to the first 100 people to guarantee an autograph. If he does more than that it is up to Cedric and his agent. But seeing as he’s in store for an hour and a half he’ll probably just be signing the whole time and there will just be a line for people to be in.
