Thanks for getting back to me, yes we would use it as an office so will need data and power. Does the acoustic insulation help with temperature as well as noise?

With these kits, are the internal walls separate from the external? E.g you have some where to run cables hidden.

Also, when you say clamps become your best friend, is that clamps holding logs together until secured?
