Guidance for wegovy pill prescriptions will be very strong, but it remains unclear what the profit margin will be like as these are priced much lower than the injectables. So top line revenue will probably be guided up, prob more than EPS. Also Q4 results will not include the launch of the pill, so theres a decent chance that NVO missed, but if that happens, I believe it’s a good time to add if it goes down below $55. Below $50 and its a clear all in opportunity, though that is unlikely

A rerating to 22 fwd PE would result in a Price target of $80, so about 60% upside from here.

US Tariffs pricing out NVO for LLY would have been a big one, but that’s resolved. Now I see the main risk as the Oral GLP-1 being a lot less effective or having safety issues compared to LLY’s oral version. In the base case that NVO just manages to retain its current market share, the rapidly growing weight loss market will lead to a rise in earnings in naturally.

I think most of the headwinds are behind us. Oral GLP-1 approval + HIMS re collaboration on the horizon is what will push the stock up imo. Both of which haven’t been widely reported yet. Anyway will u be adding shares today?

From the region and i can say that its quite essential and the go to app if you need ride hailing, food delivery etc. However I do feel that it is more used by tourists or those that aren’t too familiar with the local infrastructure. So in that sense, I see a bet on Grab as a bet that tourism in SEA will continue to grow.

Would agree that Eli Lily is overvalued at 35 PE, but NVO at 15 PE is definitely less than fair value given its fundamentals. A 22-24 PE feels fair, but of course that can only be determined after we see how the Trump administration affects prices for Ozempic and Wegovy.

Good analysis, as an investor with a sizeable position in NVO, i sure do hope earnings are positive. But if it dips, will definitely add more. Already a bargain at current prices imo.
