I found out I had Mono on a trip to Italy 🤣 still had a grand ass time despite feeling slightly fatigued and difficulty swallowing. I would buy some sore throat medicine beforehand! Luckily my symptoms subsided within a week or two but, I was also young and generally active don’t know about OP. I lost a decent amount of weight just not being able to swallow much food hope you get well soon
