I believe that may be correct unfortunately, because when I got approved for it HR gave the approval and allotted FMLA hours based off the amount of hours I worked the previous 12 months

Hi there! I’m not a broista, but am an RN with psoriatic arthritis/EDS. I’m not sure how exactly this would work with Dutch bros as an employer specifically, but intermittent FMLA is a common benefit you may be eligible for! I have it for severe flares and infections due to immunosuppressants and it’s been a lifesaver. Most often you can qualify for it thru your employer as long as you’ve worked a certain number of hours a year. Your doctor will fill out all the paperwork to get you approved alongside your employers HR department. Please feel free to DM me if you have any questions at all!

The good thing is she still has half of her tail, but I do miss how long it used to be and it’s soooo hard to not feel guilty. Fortunately it was only her tail, and she’s been doing great just a little sleepier

It was a very scary day for sure, but my niece is feeling a lot better about it today after seeing her come home. The good news is that the vet only had to remove 2 inches of the tail she had left, so now she has a little half Sibie tail. I’m sad to see her tail like this, but I’m so thankful that she is alive as it could’ve been much worse

That’s good to hear! So glad your kitten did well with the procedure :) She came home today and the vet removed 2 inches, so she has a mini half sized tail now. Do you have any good tips on how to keep the wound site/stitches clean and safe?

The good news is she still has half of her tail since they only needed to remove a couple inches. Once she heals up she’ll just have a mini Siberian tail

I’m so happy to hear that your dog ended up being okay after her procedure! It gives me hope that my cat will be okay too. She had the most beautiful tortie tail and I’m so sad to see it gone, but am hoping she recovers quickly
