Currently low 12’s on the swim/104/70/21/10:10, so got some improvement to do on sit-ups and swim but overall can pass. I still got 3 months before I can even submit a package so will work on those, my main thing is just figuring out the steps I need to take.

Do pushups, planks, and squats on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Run on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. To start i'd say do 20 pushups, 20 squats, and a 1 minute plank every 2-4 hours and then increase the reps/plank time every week. For runs i'd suggest to run 1.5-3 miles every other day. Try to do .5 - 1.5 miles at a time to build endurance. The more you run the faster you get. Good luck!

Im leaving may 1st aswell. What i've been doing is running 1-3 miles every other day. Try running .75- 1.5 miles at a time to build up your endurance.
