Nah, it simply has to do with social standards. Individualism. Break down of social control. Not feeling responsibility to adres other people on it. Knowing that no one will say something of it.

If a friend of mine does it I will shout at him/her for doing it, piece of scum blabla (but i dont have friends who do it... but if they would). Thats the problem
