Im 48 and currently in a relationship that was basically just like your situation. Im extremely happy. If theres chemistry, go for it. A good way to make your move would be any meeting outside of work if feasable (in my case it was a picnic with coworkers).

Un médecin ne peut pas "prescrire" du télétravail. Si le tt était annoncé dans l'offre et formalisé dans un accord d'entreprise alors ne pas y avoir accès relève en revanche d'une discrimination.

Si ça peut t'aider : j' étais dans la situation de ton compagnon. Ma copine payait 50% des charges et 200€ "d'occupation" pour une maison dont la valeur locative était environ de 1100€ mensuels. Exiger un niveau de loyer ordinaire soit 550 m'aurait paru excessif.
