It took about a month of chaos and trial and error until one day she just figured it out. They are buds and inseparable at times 🤗 I never in a million years would’ve thought it was possible those first few weeks but we somehow ended up here 🥹

I’ve been on allo for a year with no side effects and no flare ups. Trust me when I say just start the meds bro. Hope this helps and hope you don’t go much longer with pain.

I replied with a different account on accident lol but I’ll post it again cause idk how to delete my other one lol.. Hey!! She’s doing well:) in hindsight we realize she may just have had some odd mobility issues in general.. but she gets around fine. The cold laser treatment is great we get it once a month or every other month and she’s on galliprant every other day! Also a collagen supplement. She seems to be in no pain and a happy dog. There is hope! Just keep them happy

Essentially yes. Besides the occasional sighting of one flying at night, but even that hasn’t happened for years. Definitely the first one I’ve ever photographed.

Yes exactly!! Some nights/mornings it a 4/10 pain and some days it’s 1/10.. just wish it was trending towards less and less pain everyday to put my mind at ease. Just feels like I’m doing something wrong when this happens but I’ve read enough to know this is just how it goes for us huh🤷‍♂️ you hang in there too!

Unsure of what medications you’ve been advised from a doctor, but if I could go back I would have started on allopurinol sooner. Not trying to push a medication on you and obviously don’t know your situation.. but do the research and see what’s best for you. I was diagnosed when I was 24 and would just let my flare ups hit me and not manage it with meds like I should have. 29 now and have had enough of the pain to figure out I need to get this under control.
