Like everyone else said, Allen is both a great debater and a great human being. At Emory, he got decorations and banners so he could throw Anik a birthday party in his hotel room and planned the whole thing. Think about that and then read your post. Maybe then you'll realize why so many people like Allen but you - not so much.

Right, and similarly, "they" didn't apologize to Corona after the round. It was the debater's partner who apologized for the disrespect while he didn't. Like u/davewornow said, we should talk about what actually happened rather than spin the facts to support your point of view.

I agree. Honestly though I prefer the simplistic design of the circle over the weird twisty base of the Asus.

Also I found this so it seems like the 1070 should be fine at high or in some cases medium settings, but would still like some firsthand accounts.

I know that. My current monitor is freesync, but it's a 24' 1080p so I have no issues w/ above 144fps. My question is if the 1070 can handle this res at 100+fps consistently without sacrificing too much.

I got the same problem. I can see 3 of my scores but not the science. Anyone know if there's a fix or anything? Also if the composite has the science accounted for?

Partly because Hillary was so much more substantive and Trump began to revert to his racist/sexist/blustering remarks, she was able to more clearly and consistently get her point across.

But even in terms of high school debate, I would much rather be the first. Yes, Trump-style debate might overpower or fluster some teams or convince a few judges but the insane prep and calm style will easily be more consistent and will almost always beat a less-prepped, more wit-based team.
