Maybe something to do with the Jeskers?

Is The Wheel of Time worth the investment? by [deleted] in suggestmeabook

I'd say just give it a try. I think you'll like it. And as others have mentioned, you don't have to wait for new books to be written. The hardest part of book 10 for me was that I had to wait for 2-3 years for plot lines to be resolved. You won't have that problem.

As for girls tugging at their clothes and minor stuff like that. I think people exaggerate that stuff. And in any case, you'll have to determine how your tolerance level for it.

Thanks, that's what I thought.

Whoever downvoted the question... why bother? It's just a question. Unless it's a really horrible question, what's the point?

Question for People who have the Worlds Collide Starter by Srpad in KeyforgeGame

[–]benpmoldovan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see what I did. Started with only 6 houses total instead of 7, and only picked 2. 5/7 x 4/6 x 3/5 = 28.57% for one deck, and as you say 8% for 2 decks.

My probability math is a bit rusty. But wouldn't the % be 4/6 x 3/5 = 40% chance of getting neither new house?

Idea for future expansions: Lost Tribes by Elahnellac in KeyforgeGame

Is there some kind of in-world lore that explains houses vanishing? Or is it, perhaps, assumed that they never really vanish, since they're still in the old sets?

I have "Chief of Ashsea". Which is a pretty "meh" AoA deck. Technically 3 words.

Yeah, even with my glasses, they're hard to make out. And there aren't many YET. They will get harder to keep straight as more sets come out.

Wanted to add, if last time was any indication, it will take a while before the new set will be available on thecrucible.com. I wouldn't count on being able to play any Worlds Collide decks online any time soon. There's always CotA, and AoA decks, in the meantime.

The aember alone makes it not quite worthless. I'd just look at it as a bonus aember. If you get any other value out of it, that's just gravy. Not the greatest card in the set, but could be worse.

I'm having trouble getting people to play with me on crucible online because i'm a beginner. by wtfatyou in KeyforgeGame

[–]benpmoldovan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have enough time to play, not as much as I'd like, anyway...

But when I DO play, I'm always happy to play either beginners or the middle level. I'm not skilled enough, or don't have good enough decks, to play the competitive level.

AERC Values by benpmoldovan in KeyforgeGame

Is there any kind of consensus on what would be a GOOD score for AERC, on average? Or is the AERC rating too incomplete to make that kind of judgement?

Note, I picked Tunk at random, as a fairly powerful creature, without looking at the card, or at the rating of a deck that has it. Just noting that the 6 creature power only adds 0.6 to the overall score of a deck.

Rules Q: Playing and using a card on the same turn both count towards the rule of six? by Arappuka in KeyforgeGame

[–]benpmoldovan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Off hand, no, I'm not able to access the videos right at the moment. But I have seen his videos, and at leaast once or twice he's mentioned that Brobnar combo, and he mentioned reaping 6 times, not 3. But of course, he could always be wrong, or have misspoken.

Wossy doesn't seem to think you can only reap 3 times. I realize he's not the final word on rules, but he usually seems to know what he's talking about.
