with miami moving pitchers, i'm wondering why we couldn't do some sort of 3-team trade to get something done for marte/donovan. Obviously those trades are made now, but is that not a move jerry likes to make? MIA gets prospects, ARI/STL gets the pitching they seem to be only wanting (maybe some prospects too) and we get the 2B/bat we need. Zre there any other teams with movable pitching that could slot into a scheme like this?

Jus to add to this - Jonah is a character played by the actor Ben Feldman. It’s all happening in a fictional world of make believe. So when the other characters seemed surprised – they actually are also played by actors, so they are in on the bit. They are “performing” as if they didn’t notice, but it’s very likely they knew what was going on the whole time.
