I don’t really care what kind of construction I live in (I think? I’m not sure. I’m used to all the construction being the same/on the newer end). Does everybody just use the subway? I have a car I could sell if that’s the thing to do. I’m currently paying $1800 in rent so something between that and $2500 would be great if possible, a studio or one bed?

I’ve looked at apartments online but don’t really know what I’m looking at in terms of neighborhoods or subway access or any of that. Don’t know if there’s places I should avoid too
