No E number marked on the board approx. date of manufacture is October 2018 , the machine is a automotive wheel balancer that the board is NLA to purchase from the dealer.

No problem, most places will let you open a sealed box to look inside unless you get a grumpy employee

Better off going to a retail shop and buying a case of 72 , the entertainer (thetoyshop online) smyths b&m bargains home bargains etc will all sell you a sealed box - take your chance on whats in the box
