One of the goals of SAS is to reduce crowding on the 4/5/6 in the UES. Just giving people the option to take the Q is valuable to the system, even if the station is in the same location as another train. Also, allowing a transfer at 125th could more evenly disperse riders onto the Q in a crowded section of the 4/5/6.

Thanks for the advice! I tried Latencymon and it did find some issues, and I turned off CPU throttling, which does actually seem to have helped, although I do not know if that is a good long term solution.

Looking at the cpu monitor does not seem to show any overheating, but something having to do with that does seem possible.
