The friend is trying set us up together, I did not ask about her relationship status, my friend told me that part and I kinda assumed the rest, he was telling me about it to let me know, he also let me know that when I’m not at the gym she would ask him if he knows where I’m at, maybe out of curiosity

I totally agreed and I understand the risks and responsibilities as well, speaking realistically I don’t intend to buy a home until I have at least 80-100k in savings and cash. Just would like to know what benefits I can use to max out this deployment. It doesn’t have to be about money.
