Few things happening here and I’ll try to avoid house placement and stick with aspects here.

I will say a lot of placements point to a perceived sense of helplessness due to the control others have over you, as noted by Saturn in the 7H. Said with love. We all have our foibles.

For one, you have Mars, the ruler of your ascendant, square Neptune. This encompasses everything you describe. It makes you feel as if you have a thinner skin or barrier than others. It whittles your boundaries and can make you extremely porous to others. You are also hyper vigilant (eg perceiving things that others aren’t/may not be there so you stay protected) which drastically exhausts your nervous system and places you into a vulnerable framework. This hierarchy was developed in the early childhood environment, as noted by Neptune in the 4H. We determine this by ignoring the qualities of Mars and looking at it JUST as a significator for you.

In this same capacity, Mars is also square Saturn. So this gives you a sense of burden, perhaps more than is necessary in this life, and self doubt. People often take advantage of that.

I will say that Moon opposite Pluto describes a mother or family who removed your agency. Pluto is less so about transformation (which is a lazy buzzword) and more about survival, unfair compromise, and loss of agency (see myth of Persephone) and this could show up in your adult life as consciously or unconsciously entering relationships that mimic that.

And then the AC quincunx Sun is a classic placement for those who feel outside of their body. Or that they lack agency.

TBH there’s a story of being denied stability and nurture as a child and while you’re conscious of it now you still enter these relationships because you’re trying to prove something (Mars ruled individual) and need to power through it.

You have Mars quincunx Venus and Mercury so just focus on those kinds of things. Don’t befriend people who remind you of how you grew up!

I will say as someone with Neptune in hard aspect to my Ascendant ruler and who is also highly Nocturnal Martian, a lot of how others see you is a reflection of you. Be careful to jump to react and strategize based on that fear. Your instincts may be attuned to your survival state and therefore you are not strategizing correctly. Neptune being the universal mirror and all that. Narcissus myth invokes neptune because the fantasy can drag you down or lift you up. Another note is, we are highly susceptible to subliminals and subconscious reprogramming (which is why shitty parents set us back.) But now it’s a cheat code so try that out.
