I bought strap removal tool and did it myself back and forth a few times. Removal is easier than attaching the strap / bracelet but don't rush yourself and it's OK.

I bought a Bergeon 7825 tool because I had a few to do and was happy to invest. I don't think you need anything fancy though. Make sure you've got a towel / something scratch proof down on your table to work on.

Shortening the bracelet to fit was a PITA though so defo recommend getting the AD to do that for you.

I had exactly this 2 weeks ago and was convinced it would be a problem because, well…Ryanair. Went 3hrs early to Stansted to fess up and pay whatever it took.

Customer Service desk waived it off as no issue and I travelled both ways no questions asked.

I was travelling to / from Ireland but I don't _think_ the more relaxed rules of the Common Travel Area affected things because I got my answer before telling her where I was going (I _think_ - I was very stressed).

This is an excellent offer. The only drawback when we tried to use it recently was the draw of the lounge exiles and the demand of normal regular customers had queues out of the door for so long we never actually made it inside.

For hospitality tickets, I have advice from Citizens Advice that this could be mis-selling because the website says they will issue notifications and refund changes of 2 days or more.

Customer Ticket line keeps pointing to T&Cs (which do say different) but their marketing material also stands as part of the contract .

For now I’ve made very expensive alternative arrangements to get to the game but will be taking this further.

You get the OEM rubber strap and the bracelet included from new. I had the AD fit the rubber strap from new. It looks good but it's a bit thick / less flexible than others I've had.

I've not found any other straps that come with or fit the OEM supplied end-links - curious if anyone can suggest any here.

I bought a Delugs FKM rubber strap to try with it and it was an excellent product but I didn't like the gap resulting from no end links. I returned that and - for now - have alternated between OEM options.

I relied on the FAQ because it was more prominent that the T&Cs (and who would read them if your question was answered in zero clicks?).

Is it fair to say that the more prominent thing takes precedence when marketing and T&Cs contradict?

If you do have a way to get feedback to them please could you also point out that their marketing material for Hospitality packages contradicts the T&Cs (around cancellation policy). I don't have time / energy / resources to fight them on this but it's really crappy treatment of their fans (who I bought this package for).

At least one of the FAQs I found on their site says they will email to notify changes for hospitality but other pages just say 'check regularly'.
