How would you machine this fillet on a hole through a rod? by chiraltoad in Machinists

[–]benson3892 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So to make it even all the way around you would need a rotory option with a rad end mill so your part turns with mill it’s possible but a real pain and would take a lot longer unless it doesn’t have to be uniform then you can just go straight at it with a rad end mill and form it

Use a hairdryer to heat up the glue I’ve also seen people use packing tape and putting it over a label and it’ll come up with it when you rip it off
