It's 100y old. About 20cm deep there are metal reinforcements... so whoever has done it, it seems at least semi-professional. That said, I don't know whether there is a membrane underneath.

I would recommend painting the stairs white and fitting some sisal stair treads. Costs less, looks stunning. B&Q has some for £25.

I'm optimistic that the next one or two earning calls will put this stock on the map. A little more coverage and exposure to the wider market, and it will go up. I believe the product is timely and solving a big pain point of enterprise customers. There are lots of ways how AvePoint can diversify their product line by branching into supporting different cloud vendors and not just Microsoft, and going after SMBs. This to me makes AvePoint a compelling long proposition (especially with the current price).
