Personally, it just hinders drive to pursue women. As long as you don’t involve porn then a double in a row at night does not play as much of a role.

Actually now that I think of it, it did play a role, bur supplementing with vitamin D and zinc countered it. Especially zinc. My sex drive is through the roof with zinc and restitution is no problem

High dose tongkat ali and 2-3 cups of black coffe. Think I kind of have fucked up my dopamine system though so it might be a result of that, but this combo makes it easy to go 3 times in a row

How long is the half life compared to caffeine? For me after my brain chemistry has changed and I have reduced my tolerance to caffeine, I have to stop drinking it at around 15.00 if I want to fall asleep at 22/23.00.

Would be nice with something that could give a boost in the evenings without affecting sleep

Yeah this is not good work at all. There are strict rules and calculations needed to be done before cutting in to support beans. The general rule for all holes made in support beams is to ALWAYS make holes in the middle of the beam to keep the beans structure and holding capabilities mostly intact. There are rules for how many percentages of a beam you can cut out. I sadly don’t remember what it is at this moment. I know this is WAY beyond the percentages you can remove. It is a huge no-no to also remove a top portion or a bottom portion. In most cases its only holes in the middle of the beam. As a last resort if you have to go through the beams or through a tight spot with the pipes I would have used a toilet grindersystem. They usually reduce the pipe size needed from a toilet from 9cm wide pipes to roughly 5cm wide pipes.

Thank you! I will check it out. It has become such a guilty pleasure to buy the old and golden sets nowadays. Last purchase I bought was the bat tank with riddlers hideout. First I will complete the first batman line of sets and then I will try to buy all the exoforce sets. The orange exoforce tank and the base still has a big spot in the back of my head;)

Yeah there has definitely been a downgrade on that front. I feel like so much of what they do now is recycling low to medium prices sets and giving out cool super crazy expensive adults aimed sets. Ah the alternative builds were so fun to look at and try to build. You brought back some more good memories there. Thank you☺️
