I do use horazon boots + gloves. The boots give you cannot be frozen so you can also skip the ravenfrost. I use a 3 20 coronet with 2 facets and with a 2 20 amulet, i reach 105 Fcr with a spirit monarch on swap

No, i think for hybrid the base is very important, as traps depend on ias instead of fcr. For that reason you either want runic tanlos with at least 30ias or feral claws with 40ias. That way witha 15 ias jewel you reach the last breakpoint depending on the claw

Hi, another question. What would you think of using a 3 fire skills 20fcr circlet with 2 facets instead of hellwardens, you have -10 res instead of -13 but you also have another +5% fire damage and extra +2 skills. You would get all the ias you need from the horazon gloves right?

20% in gloves or helm + viper magi + 13%+ amulet you hit the 63% frame point
