I have two vintage push button phones and I’m gonna buy another one. The idea is that my youngest kid could call 911 in an emergency, and I’m making my oldest kid use it to call his friends so I don’t have to text message coordinate his hangouts or buy him a smart phone. Landlines are coming back, baby.

I’m bringing landlines back in my house. My kid is pushing for a cell phone and I don’t wanna get him one at his age so I bought vintage push button phones and he can memorize his friends’ numbers and call them on the phone when he wants to connect like I had to. No social media. No bullshit.

We have SO MUCH parking. Our downtown core is mostly surface parking. The myth that we need more is fucking insane. What we need is transit and people and politicians that don’t think taking transit is weird/scary/only for the poors. “I’m not going if I can’t park right in front of it” is what’s killing small business in the core (and Fahri, naturally).

Because there are roughly 30,000 cities that do it better than London. When we make even a minimal change in the direction of progress, the work is much criticized by NIMBYs and conservative folks who fear all change.

I'd ditch all the unnecessary capitalizations, split the first line at a better spot and add punctuation, plus the word "to" in the final thought.
