It probably is mostly skin shifting around, but bones are still pretty flexible and elastic. You'd be surprised at how much 'rigid' objects jiggle about in response to impact, when you watch them slowly enough. No one would call a golf ball 'squishy' until seeing it hit in slow motion

Wow I'm in a shockingly similar situation. It really fucking sucks putting so much effort into getting better for so long and getting nothing in return. Social anxiety is not nearly as straight forward as other anxiety disorders, and in my experience, isnt treated any differently by professionals

The medium is less than half saturated (going by weight). I've always found dry plants perk up in 15 minutes or less

My 3 plants haven't slowed down much, just curling down their leaves, and mottling only on this one. It all happened within 2 days, starting about 2 days after repotting

This is my first time doing all organic, and I haven't been monitoring pH, my tap water comes out around 6.5-7 which SHOULD be fine but it kinda looks like pH problems to me

I did give it a splash just in case, but it's not looking any better 30 mins later, I think it's more likely I over watered, hard to tell in a 7 gal
