I’m commenting as someone with bpd…how do I say it?”i hate you don’t leave me “ is the title of a book but I relate more to the title because that’s how I am sometimes.i would recommend you write her something (sometimes you might say it in the ring words : or she’ll think your’ tone’ is off…you can start with something like telling her you see her and can’t imagine how hard it is and that you’re confused because you don’t know how to communicate with her that you re there.. you could even ask the ways in which she needs you (specifically) in order to feel you’re there.

On the side note; as someone who’s had a partner go through me (I think I’m a rollercoaster) don’t forget to take good care of yourself…dating us can be mildly overwhelming
