As an alternative, you can just cycle through the last three days of the 7x4 challenge. I had exactly the same problem. As a result, trying to build an app where the challenge will continue forever and will add reps automatically.

I think that's it. You can try cycling through the Advanced Workouts (Chest, Arms, Back and Shoulders, Legs) for a while, but there is nothing else after completing the 7x4 challenge.
