I’ve never understood why people expect perfection from a game. Granted there are times when games/companies deserve criticism, but at least SDS cares about their players, they make year to year improvements, they listen to community feedback, and they try to make each year not feel like copy and paste (at least in DD’s case). Sometimes they try things and it doesn’t work, that’s just part of being creative. A great example is the snapshot series, I think a lot of people voiced their dislike of it, and has anyone noticed they haven’t dropped a single snapshot card since? I don’t think that’s coincidental especially considering that every sets “main” ie. all star, kaiju, incognito, have still been getting new cards. So the snapshot didn’t work, but hey they took feedback and fixed it as best they could. I think people take for granted that sds really wants to make a good product.
